I love Simons so much. The staff at this store are always really in the ball despite how young many are. Really reliable delivery. I ordered a couple dresses for the holidays and they just arrived. Nice box, even in a garment bag! Love the variety of clothes from their in-house lines, something for every demographic. We also have duvet covers, a shower curtain and curtains from them. All very reasonably priced and decent quality for the price point. Always so solid.

Simons is great store. We love shopping here. It is a large store with a wide variety off styles and prices. The store reminds of the Bay and Eaton’s at their peak times. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Possibly the best kept secret in town，up to date style with excellent quality and very reasonable price even without discount。This Québec base retailer should be more well known among every shoppers。。。♡♡

Usually enjoyed shopping here except for today. I was interested in trying on a unisex perfume in men’s department. One tester was already empty, but the bottle smelled nice. I asked the salesperson if the tester was empty because that fragrance was out of stock. She said they still had plenty, and that I should just smell the bottle. I asked her whether it’s possible to find someone who can open a tester, and she simply said “we don’t do that” and walked away. Who buys perfume without trying it on? If the lady was not lying, this policy surely is flawed.

This place is amazing! It's a huge store with multiple floors and so much selection to choose from for clothing, shoes, accessories and so much more. I never struggle to find a piece of clothing that I like at this store. The staff are super helpful and I always have a positive shopping experience here. 5 stars 🤩 …

It's okay. It struggles to have an identity. Throwing in racks of over the top designer clothes while trying to piggy back the pricing with their own brand will work 1 in 8... but it's really just a Bay with less style.

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with some of the deals I found on a few clearance items here. Unfortunately it has zero flow, you will be looking at bathing suits with winter gear. Everything is every where all scAttered in different sections... it’s a lot going on. Staff not very friendly or helpful, only engaged when I approached them. Random high high end section a dress for $1500 then low low end a top for 5 bucks. We bought the top :). Pretty changing room but could use a good dusting/cleaning.

Great selection of clothes and home goods and accessories you may not see everywhere. They have their house brand stuff which is high quality. There’s a cafe with vegetarian and vegan options, lots of great art everywhere, tons of fitting rooms, and the store is generally tidy. I just hate seeing the staff constantly having to merchandise and unload deliveries every single day it seems!
